Dr Fiona McAndrew

Dr Fiona McAndrew is a General Practitioner has worked in private medicine since 1998 at Pennant Mews gaining great experience as an all-round family doctor.

Dr Fiona McAndrew, General Practitioner, West London Dr McAndrew qualified from Manchester University in 1992 having completed her preclinical BSc at St Andrew's University. She moved down to London after finishing her House Officer Jobs to be with family and friends. Dr McAndrew completed her General Practitioner vocational training scheme in London from 1993-1997 including Accident and Emergency at Northwick Park Hospital, Care of the Elderly at Queen Mary's Hospital Roehampton, Obstetrics and Gynaecology at St George's Hospital and Paediatrics and Psychiatry at the West Middlesex Hospital.

Fiona is always keen to practice the most up to date evidence based medicine, whilst looking at the patient as a whole and respecting their right to be involved and informed about their treatment. She enjoys getting to know the families she looks after and is always thorough and keen to get to the bottom of the problem.

Fiona makes sure that she stays up to date by attending regular clinical training sessions and is also on the panel of qualified experts giving online advice for Jo’s Cancer Trust. She is on the on-call rota for General Practice at the Bupa Cromwell Hospital.

Fiona works full time and is very available and easily contactable.

Fiona has two children and lives in Notting Hill Gate. She enjoys spending time with her family and has a love of sailing and a Yacht Master qualification. She has also grown up salmon fishing in Scotland and loves the outdoor life.

DRCOG - Diploma of the Royal college of Obstetrics and Gynaecology

MRCGP - Member of the Royal college of General Practitioners
